From Tuesday 17th March, We will be introducing our new Spring Dining Menu, full of flavour, colour and taste.

Starters

Pear Carpaccio with pear and almonds
Fine slices of fresh pear with a goat cheese in crust of almond flour with a balsamic vinegar of figs and dates the perfect dish for a vegetarian person!!! €9.50

Traditional Brik with Tuna
Brik is a warka (wheat sheet) filled with a mixture of potatoes, onion , egg with tuna as a base and shallow fried, with this starter you will have the opportunity to taste the most traditional starter of Tunisia. €8.50

Wild King Prawn with Garlic Saloua style
Wild King Prawn with garlic and a very secret sauce!!!! €12.50

Tunisian CHAKCHOUKA with Eggs
Traditional Tunisian dish made of tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic and spices finished in the oven with an egg. Can be served without eggs and it became a fantastic vegan dish!!! €8.50

Tunisian Taboulet with Quinoa
This a Tunisian taboulet made for everyone and also it give the chance of gluten free people to eat this dish. It’s made of fresh mint, parsley, tomatoes, peppers, spring onions, orange, raisins cucumber & quinoa and a bit touch of love xx €7.50

Green Zuchini Flan with Parmesan

Saloua’s homemade Denton Couscous
Using homemade couscous bought over from Tunisia, and cooked in the traditional way this is one of our best selling dishes. Served with a fillet of Denton bought fresh from the market fresh vegetables and a spicy sauce, if desired. €20.50

Saloua’s homemade Royal Couscous
Using homemade Tunisian Cousous and cooked in the traditional way, this dish is also served with the melt in your mouth lamb, chicken, merguez sausages, fresh vegetables and a spicy sauce if desired. Make sure you are hungry when ordering this dish. €21.50

Saloua’s homemade Vegetable Couscous
Using homemade Tunisian Couscous and cooked in the traditional way, this dish is served with fresh vegetables, carrots, turnip, pumpkin, zucchini and chickpeas and a spicy sauce if desired. Suitable for vegans. €13.50

Tunisian Mixed Grill (Lamb chops, Merguez & Chicken)
This is called “ Mechoui in Tunisia” Lamb chops marinated in Tunisian spices , merguez which are sausages made of lamb and beef, and marinated chicken all grilled and finished with fresh mint and spring onion. Need to be very hungry to be able to finish it!!! €18.50
